This process scrubs Protected Health Information (PHI) and PII from the data stream before it reaches the sub-processor, ensuring that all synthesized information remains anonymous and compliant with HIPAA’s "Safe Harbor" standards. Data Encryption: All data in transit is protected using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption, and data at rest within the Meda-Vault is secured using AES-256 enterprise encryption. We implement strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can interact with the infrastructure management layer.

Information Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share any mobile information, including phone numbers and related mobile data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. While we may share certain information with subcontractors who assist in providing support services (such as customer service), we maintain strict control over this limited data sharing to ensure quality service delivery. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information are never shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
